The company, which is owned by dairy cooperatives Agropur and Agrifoods and headquartered in Longueuil, on the South Shore of Montreal, has nearly 700 employees across the country. Its Granby (QC) and Delta (BC) plants are world-class manufacturing facilities that are producing and distributing annually across Canada over a hundred million kilos of fresh dairy products. Description :
The National Accounts Sales Coordinator works in close collaboration with the National Account Director, Major Accounts Managers and the sales team. The coordinator is called to be an advisor to the sales team and others services, works as a liaison officer to the head office and works in direct contact with customers. The coordinator also gives support to Key Account Managers (KAM) at product launches.

This will require you to:
Develop and maintain an efficient information system;

Coordinates and controls all information relating to promotional forecast in the national calendar and support of the Sales and Operations Planning Process (S&OP & DMR);

Supports KAM with direct contact with the customer, managing discounts, forecasts, coordinates supply with logistics and manages the national calendar;

Owns sales support tools like, Ad tracker, Feature Vision, BI, Retail Link and Precima, and Workflow;

Prepare and supply business revisions, dashboards, trends, competitive perspectives and the list of the offers;

Coordinates the collection of information from various internal and external stakeholders, compiles, analyzes and disseminates the results;

Validates and verifies with stakeholders if data errors are identified and up to date;

Coordinates, controls and prepares all communication to the relevant departments and our contacts with major distributors and customers (examples: price increases, new product introduction, listing etc.);

Performs any other related duties.

Requirements :
College or University Degree;

(2) two to three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably in sales support, sales, finance or system management;

Advanced Excel Skill (Pivot Tables, V Look Up, linking of multiple data sources);

Background in or ability to learn customer systems such as Precima, Retail Link;

Bi-Lingual in French is an asset (mandatory if working from Longueuil).
