Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Inventory balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis
• Analysis of store count results, shrinkage and inventory levels
• Take a lead role in ensuring that department objectives and initiatives are completed
• Continuously monitor, recommend and implement process improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness and productivity of department
• Liaise with other teams within the organization as well as externally
• Various other duties as required

Job Qualifications
The candidates should possess the following skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Access databases, working with large volumes of data
• Familiarity with VBA and SQL would be considered an asset
• Proven ability to analyze processes and develop efficiencies
• Capable of analyzing data, developing reporting, providing trending analysis and conclusions
• A minimum of 4 years of previous applicable industry experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Current enrollment within a recognized accounting program would be considered an asset
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and part of a team with strong organizational skills
• Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi task daily activities in a fast paced environment
• Ability to communicate comfortably with all business partners
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Be flexible and able to adapt to change in a positive manner
