As a Customer Service Representative supporting our Distribution Centres, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls in a call-center setting, resolving customer concerns and inquiries and ensuring that follow-up is completed on all investigations resulting in customer satisfaction and appropriate resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Relations:
Respond to customer inquiries on store credit submissions (shorts, overages, damages, returns, etc.)
Co-ordination of store returns to respective Distribution Centres.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Bilingualism (French) preferred for this role.

Data Entry:
Enter all approved credit claims on SAP and/or other in-house systems.
Special projects – generate manual daily and weekly summary reports for analysis.
Problem Solving
Investigate store claims to determine root causes as per guidelines.
Improve costs at branch and retail level.
Administer policies effectively and appropriately while processing credit requests.

Communication/ Interpersonal Skills:
Communicate investigation results to various departments and customers.
Ability to communicate collaboratively with internal and external customers.
Articulate all department policies and procedures (Flat Rate, Corporate Policy, etc.).

Planning & Organizing:
Effectively manage workload in order to deliver timely service on credit requests and returns.
Ad-hoc Duties As Required.

Please note the SHIFT for this role is Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM. You must have flexibility to work the noted shifts.
Bilingual (French) a definite asset.

Job Qualifications
Skills Required:
Effectively prioritize workload while working in a fast paced demanding environment.
Superior data entry skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Bilingualism (French) is preferred for this role.
Ability to work with multiple software applications and hands on experience using any of our current in-house systems, WMS, Manhattan, COM, SAP, and Windows applications.
Display tact, diplomacy and mature judgment in all interactions with internal and external customers.

Essential Work Required:
SHIFT for this role is Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM. You must have flexibility to work the noted shifts.

Bilingual (French) is preferred.
2-3 years experience working within a Distribution or Retail environment would be preferred.
Previous experience within a call centre environment would be beneficial.
