Required an experienced part-time bookkeeper starting December 2016

Working hours: Part-time 20 hours/week

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable
  • Monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
  • Reconcile credit card statements and employee expense reports
  • Remit monthly GST & payroll reports
  • Assist outside auditors in year end process

Job Qualifications:

  • 5 years pf bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Sound & practical knowledge of accounting procedures
  • Good organizational & time management skills
