Talent Coordinator (Nurse Recruitment) – Part Time (3 days/week)

This position will be based out of the Toronto – Lansing Square location at Victoria Park/Sheppard, with the option to occasionally work from a home-based office.

We are looking to hire a dedicated Talent Coordinator to provide ongoing recruitment and support for the development and maintenance of our Nurse rosters and talent pools across Canada.
This role will include:
Recruitment/Sourcing of RN’s, LPN’s and RPN’s for flu clinics, biometric assessments, & pre-employment assessments across Canada
The creation and maintenance of National and Provincial nurse rosters
Reporting, metrics, & recruitment analytics
Completion of telephonic interviews
Preparation and distribution of employment offers
Responding to candidate & manager inquiries
Utilizing social media for sourcing and role promotion (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
Contribute to talent marketing campaigns (mail outs, email blasts, internal newsletters)
This role requires the ability to remain highly organized with excellent time management. It takes having patience, persistence, and the strong desire to achieve successful recruitment outcomes. Additional qualifications include having previous recruitment experience, familiarity with the Nursing profession and/or experience with nurse recruitment in specific, an understanding of applicant tracking systems, a proficiency with utilizing Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel at an intermediate-advanced level, and in presenting with a positive, friendly approach to candidate management.
