The LICKS® Pill-Free Solutions® Part Time Brand Ambassador will interact with consumers to influence the purchase of LICKS® PillFree Solutions® brand products in store by telling the LICKS® Pill-Free Solutions® story and educating consumers on the importance of adding Health and Wellness to their pet’s daily regimen. Part of the Brand Ambassador Job is to roam their designated store(s) by approaching consumers and ask questions to determine the best LICKS® Pill-Free Solutions® brand product for the consumer’s pet, and communicate the benefit of LICKS® Pill-Free Solutions® brand products. Ultimately, the Brand Ambassador Job is to establish trust and credibility with the consumer which will result in converting consumers to our product resulting in sales growth of assigned stores via demonstration activities. Principal Accountabilities The LICKS® Brand Ambassador is assigned a group of stores within a defined area and has accountability for the following:

• Deliver consistent business results by educating and converting consumers to LICKS® Pill-Free Solutions® products.
• Work collaboratively with peers, line managers, LICKS® Pill-Free Solutions® sales team, store personnel and consumers to ensure the recommendation, brand awareness and growth of LICKS® Pill-Free Solutions® brand products. Exercise advanced interpersonal skills in actively approaching and engaging all available customers to communicate the benefits of LICKS® PillFree Solutions® products resulting in sales growth of assigned store(s). Depending on sales volume of each store, the Brand Ambassador will be required to sell a specific number of product during their scheduled shift.
• Leverage superior listening skills to identify special needs of the consumer’s pet and is comfortable asking probing questions to identify the true desire of the customer.
• Develop the product knowledge necessary, through use of provided tools (on-line training, manuals, newsletters, demo meetings, etc.) to recommend the appropriate products that address the identified needs of the pet.
• Willingness to follow specific scripts and practices as defined by the LICKS® Brand Management Team to ensure consistency in message to all consumers.
• Consistent photo taking of LICKS ®customer interactions (pets, pet parents, etc.)
• Maintain a consistently professional demeanor and appearance at all times. This includes but is not limited to: clean attire, well-groomed exterior, and purely professional customer/associate interactions. Gum-chewing, personal cell-phone calls, and negative discussions pertaining to competitor products will not be tolerated.

• Partner with Sales associates to maximize the impact of the LICKS® Brand Ambassador program at store level.
• Develop positive relationships with store personnel (from management to stockers) to generate good will and achieve recommendation (i.e. assist Sales in positioning LICKS® Pill-Free Solutions® at the stores personnel’s preferred brand) instore.
• Consistently strive for continuous improvement by studying provided information and making Health and Wellness product comparisons in-store during slow store traffic periods.
• Responsible and accountable to work all scheduled demonstration shifts, as assigned, without cancellation (with exception of emergency).
• Participate in pilot initiative to educate and convert consumers to the LICKS Pill-Free Solutions brand products. This may include interactions on social media platforms, dog parks, special pet events, etc. These will be assigned based on territory and customer activities.

• Deliver consistent business sales results by education and converting customers to LICKS® Pill-Free Solutions® products.
• Must be able to work double-shifts as assigned and deemed necessary (Saturday and Sunday). o Drive time is paid to the Brand Ambassador for actual drive time between two scheduled shifts in the same day.
• Must be able to work any pet specialty store scheduled within a defined 30 mile city radius pre-approved by the Territory Manager.

o Mileage is paid to the Brand Ambassador for travel outside of the defined 30 mile city radius and pre-approved by the Territory Manager.

• Must have daily access to high-speed internet in order to review all corporate messages weekly.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs. comfortably and stand/walk/engage customers for a continuous 3.5 hours.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Must have basic knowledge of email and internet usage.
• Must adhere to the LICKS® Pill-Free Solutions® attendance policy.
