Sales or similar role preferred. Providing support to the internal sales process. Assist the Sales Team co-ordinate procurement and distribution of accessories….

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Providing support to the internal sales process
  • Liaising with external suppliers for sourcing products and pricing
  • Preparation of quoting, installation specifications and assistance for architectural projects
  • Liaise with external suppliers for sourcing of new , standard and custom made products including pricing and tracking of the item (shipment)
  • Provide support and coordinate local, interstate and overseas conferences/meetings for the sales department
  • Answer incoming sales related calls and initiate necessary action to the team
  • Assist the Sales Team co-ordinate procurement and distribution of accessories

Key personal attributes include but not limited to:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in written and oral English
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Initiative and self-motivation

Essential Criteria

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Ability to contribute effectively within a team environment
  • Sales or similar role preferred
