The Settlement Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support for claim settlement in a warranty environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and written correspondence to clients who have purchased our product, auto dealerships selling our product and repair facilities that services our customers.

Liaise with Finance and LGM Customer Service Teams.

Assist with claim settlement process to meet department service level agreements.

Facilitate credit card claim payment to repair facilities to meet department service level agreements.

Monitor customer service queues (phone, fax and email).

Required Skills:
Proficient with MS Office suite of products.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication (oral & written)

Excellent attention to detail

Effective and efficient at multi-tasking

Courteous and professional telephone manner

Keyboarding skills of min 45 wpm

Bilingual (English/French) oral and written is an asset

Exceptional customer service

Required Experience:
1+ year in an office environment

Automotive dealership experience in accounting, cashier, reception/service advisor is considered an asset
