Core Responsibilities

Producing technical documents

Developing architectural and planning concepts

Developing and revising shop drawings

Calculating surface areas and taking quantity readings

Coordinating the production of plans and specifications, and construction details

Participating in the preparation of construction and planning cost estimates

Analysing the program and pre-design documents

Participating in meetings, or leading them, and producing meeting minutes

Preparing program, budget and feasibility studies

Producing functional and technical programs and specialized studies

Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in commercial architecture

Membership in the Ordre des architectes du Québec

Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD

Good knowledge of MS Office suite software

Aptitude for teamwork (team player, independent and proactive)

Ability to manage several tasks under tight deadline

Creative problem-solver

French and English (spoken and written)
