Job Summary

Information Technology Supervisor

Lee Specialties Inc. designs and manufactures equipment including pressure control equipment, wireline skids and trucks, grease injection skids and associate equipment. We specialize in providing leading-edge technology and innovative solutions that surpass our customers and employees expectations.

We are seeking an IT – Supervisor to join our team. This position will be based in Blackfalds.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, & appraising job results; coaching, counseling, initiating, coordinating, & enforcing systems, policies, & procedures.
  • Maintains organization’s effectiveness & efficiency by defining, delivering, & supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
  • Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
  • Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery & back-up procedures and information security & control structures.
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, & procedures
  • On call availability

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing and/or directing a technology operation.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure strategic planning & development, project management, & policy development.
  • Experience working with the following:
  • ERP Support in M1 or related software
  • Microsoft Office 2003,2010,2013,
  • Windows Server 2008,2012,2012 R2
  • SQL 2003,2008, 2012
  • Office 365/SharePoint 3.0, 2013 Foundation
  • Exchange 2010, 2013
  • WatchGuard VPN
  • Kaspersky Internet Security
  • Vault Professional
