ROLE SUMMARY Responsible for delivering on assigned projects in a timely manner in order to meet the company’s objectives. This includes store setup and management of all stages of the project cycle: timelines, communications, etc. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS Construction & Maintenance Projects  Acts as a liaison between departments to ensure completion of projects (store openings/closures/maintenance work).  Participates in all stages of project development.

 Issues store planning document for respective stores on portal to provide visibility to all key stakeholders.  Ensures all key stakeholders fill out required details on store planning document.  Ensures that all relevant departments respect the timeline for each respective project.  Completes construction related documents when required.

 Negotiates ongoing service maintenance requests from stores with various contractors.  Visits job sites as needed to verity that store planning execution is up to Company specifications and standards, and suggests appropriate solutions to any problems that may arise.  Supports when needed the Construction and Design Departments. Internal Communications  Communicates effectively to all people involved.

 Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes recommendations for change.  Ensures the store planning execution meets the specifications required while keeping company standards in mind.  Manages information and document flows by prioritizing and following-up. Permits  Manages entire permit process from start to finish which results in obtaining a permit.

 Provides permit schedule to Direct report, Construction Manager and Designer. REQUIREMENTS  5 years experience in construction project management  Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is mandatory  College Diploma in Industrial Engineering or in a related field  Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)  Ability to read architectural, mechanical and electrical plans  Strong organizational skills (time management, planning and coordination)  Estimation experience and retail industry are an asset.  Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency  Flexible / change agent  Attention to detail  Bilingualism
