Job Responsibilities

• Manage the recording and collection of accounts receivable in Quebec
• Manage A/R collection risk through credit policies – Determine risk and opportunities – Internal controls for credit policy – manage improvements in all the process for credit & collections
• Manage the accuracy of pricing and review of P&L risks associated with pricing/deposit/tax inaccuracies
• Manage the accuracy of MDM data for QC ind customers
• Manage OTC MCRS, reporting, analytics, Risk Mgmt, and process optimization
• Responsible for monthly ananlysis reporting of aged receivable
• Responsible for measuring monthly compliance and adherence to SLA’s
• Liase with GCC team to get things done on time and accurately
• Solve problems and issues raised by the GCC team of OTC
• Oversee and testing for all updates and change requests to SAP in support of OTC.

Job Qualifications

• Post Secondary education or diploma
• Credit management courses/certification
• 3-5 years business experience in A/R and Credit collection
• 2-3 years business experience in accounting
• SAP knowledge
• Bilingual in both English and French
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word and advanced level of MS Excel
• Be able to problem solve complex data sets and its flow to SAP
• High attention to detail; highly analytical and problem solving ability
• Customer Service mindset
