Really Local Harvest is a cooperative of 25 farmers in southeast New Brunswick. Our members work hard to offer fresher, healthier, and tastier authentic local produce.

Our Mission: To promote the development of sustainable agriculture in southeastern New Brunswick.

Really Local also manages the Dieppe Market.

The goal of the Brand Manager, Blogger and Content Creator will be the visibility and increased brand recognition of Really Local Harvest and the Dieppe Market in Southeastern New Brunswick, in other parts of the province and in the country, as well as internationally. The development of current, interesting and audience-friendly web content is very important nowadays. Since the amount of information and promotion that circulates daily is abundant, it becomes essential to present content that stands out.

The ideal candidate has a passion for communications, innovation and good food while recognizing the importance of local food.

The following skills and qualities are needed:

  • Good knowledge of social media and various communication tools
  • Ease of expression and writing in French as well as in English
  • Good sense of planning and organizing tasks
  • Ability to search for information
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Creative spirit and sense of innovation
  • Autonomy and adaptability
  • Rigor and attention to detail
  • Results-based work
  • Be available occasionally for evening and weekend activities
  • Have a valid driver’s license

The following assets will be considered:

  • Knowledge in photography
  • Journalism skills
  • Knowledge of the Agri-Food sector
  • Experience in using web content management systems
  • Writing or reviewing articles and other texts for the Web

An office will be available in Dieppe (at the Market), but the employee will have to travel throughout southeastern New Brunswick and must therefore have a valid driver’s license and be autonomous and responsible.
