Job Summary

This hands on, field role will be overseeing all commercial and residential projects for KTH Developments in Alberta.

The responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. Hiring qualified trades that meet KTHs requirements

2. Managing all project schedules, from start to finish

3. Ordering materials for each project

4. Coordinating all trades and scopes so schedules are maintained

5. Organizing and implementing all schedules for all projects

6. Acting as the customers direct contact for each project

7. Ensuring all trades and contractors meet and exceed KTHs expectations

8. Working with the City of Calgary, and all surrounding municipalities to coordinate inspections

9. Site QAQC for each scope.

10. Ensuring trades and contractors maintain and upkeep their WCB, licences and insurance

Qualified individuals must have knowledge of the AB building code, including commercial and residential construction. Experience in BOTH commercial and residential is a must, along with excellent customer service.

This role will be required to work 8-10 hours a day, and some weekends to achieve schedules. A drivers abstract is required, and only 3 or less demerits will be accepted as you will be supplied with a company vehicle. You will also be given the tools to achieve your job, such as a laptop, and cell phone allowance. You will be evaluated on performance, and schedules being achieved on a quarterly basis.

ONLY previous experience in commercial and residential construction applicants will be considered.

Some travel may be required to Saskatchewan and British Columbia as we grow.
