About Koomi :

Koomi’s becoming the first omni-channel POS system for fast casual restauranteurs. Our young and vibrant team is constantly on the lookout for latest in the service industry. Pro-active, we are always ready to create new features as long as they are well made. Together, we are developing state-of-the-art features to accompany all cafés and small restaurants on a daily basis.

The Role:

This is a role for someone who wants to be a trusted advisor, an account manager: an entrepreneur. We need someone born to sell. You love building relationships with the goal of providing exceptional customer service. You are looking for a place that you can believe in and have more than a little fun doing it too. The Job:

(From the first day, you’ll)

  • Follow-up with and manage qualified leads by phone and email
  • Identify product fits and curate tailored pitches and experiences for your clients
  • Learn fast and execute on our sales process with prospective clients
  • Host video demonstrations to help visualize our product in their environment
  • Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Handle all other duties and responsibilities as defined by management


(What we look for)

  • Has a great understand of tech and apple products
  • Has a strong sales background
  • Familiar and experienced with CRMs (Hubspot a huge plus)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral (French and English)
  • Strong customer-service, people, time-management and organizational skills.
  • Outgoing, proactive, driven, ambitious, and determined to succeed
