As The Shop Director , you will be responsible for all aspects of the shop and brand in your respective market, and treat it as if it were your own. In this dynamic role you will support establishing the brand in market, creating exceptional brand experiences and developing a world-class team of leaders. You are essential in shaping the brand character of Kit and Ace, as well as for running an entrepreneurial business that anchors the brand in market.
Responsibilities

• Run an entrepreneurial business that is rooted in the intricate workings of the city in which it resides
• Build authentic relationships and connections with our target market and those inspire them
• Responsible for developing innovative strategies that support business, brand, culture and people growth that result in driving top line sales
• Understand the importance of “customer” experience and continuously creates an unexpected and noteworthy experience
• Hire and develop an exceptional team that is able to drive strategy and produce results
• Capable of working in a fast paced and highly flexible environment
• Understand the importance of community partnerships and how to apply the principle of abundance
• Support and hold your team accountable for business strategy and results
• Develop your team via the company culture and development tools
• Own the strategy and development of high performing team members, and up and coming leaders
• Manage the daily as well as long term needs of the business

• An undergraduate business related degree, or diploma

Reports to: District Director

Working Team: Shop Team

Works Closely with: All other business departments

Type: Permanent, full-time position
