Rate of Pay: 27 200 based on experience

Location: Toronto – University Ave and Dundas St. W.


The Coordinator, National Events provides multi-site event logistics, sponsorship, and fundraising support in promoting the cause of Kids Help Phone, while focusing on the “Walk So Kids Can Talk” event presented by BMO.


  • Assists in coordinating national event logistics including sponsorship, logistics, recruitment and event day execution
  • Site lead on a walk site on event day
  • Responding to emails, calls, and troubleshooting for the Walk
  • Participate in all post event activities
  • Administrative task as required


Preference will be shown for candidates with;

  • Relevant post-secondary diploma such as Business administration, communication, fundraising, or event planning.
  • 2 years of relevant work including event management or volunteer experience with a non-profit organization
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital skills and experience considered an asset
  • Knowledge of HTML skills and experience working with WordPress webpages
  • Adobe creative suite experience and knowledge of graphic design principals considered an asset
  • Customer service savvy
  • Excellent communication skills
