Bartender – The Juniper Hotel & Bistro

(seasonal June – September with opportunity to extend)

Overview of the Role:

The Juniper Hotel and Bistro is a rapidly growing business and features one of the top restaurants in the Bow Valley. Our hand crafted cuisine and breathtaking views have made us the talk of the town and we are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team. What you’ll do:

As a Bartender you will be responsible for providing high-levels of customer service to all restaurant patrons by providing prompt service, taking accurate orders, and maintaining a strong working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials. You will have strong mixology knowledge knowing how to prepare drinks quickly, according to recipes, while eliminating waste. You will perform customer service duties in a friendly and professional manner at all times, and ensure that the customers have an enjoyable dining experience.

What you have:

• Strong customer experience.
• 2 years of restaurant / bartending service experience.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully and professionally at all times
• Professional appearance and manners
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
• Valid pro-serve certification
