Our client, one of Nova Scotia’s top resorts, is seeking a Sous Chef for the 2016 season.

As the ideal candidate, you will have 3-5 years of progressive experience in fine dining establishments, either in stand-alone restaurants or in a hotel/resort setting. Supervisory or management experience, either formally or informally, is considered an asset but not required. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role within the brigade.
