Our client, Capital Hyundai, is currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join their team in St. John’s, NL. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an industry leading state-of-the-art dealership that carries a strong reputation for exceptional customer service and overall commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review open work orders
• Ability to assign work orders to appropriate technician based on skill level
• Distribute work orders to service technicians
• Ability to prioritize service repairs based on the order of importance
• Monitor service work in progress
• Ensure efficient delivery of services
• Other duties, as required

Qualifications:

• Prior work experience as a dispatcher preferred
• Working knowledge of automotive mechanics required
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work as a team member
• Strong communication skills
