Who are we looking for?

The Showing Assistant will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a compelling desire to support the lead agent in achieving team success, while being committed to growing their own skills and to developing into a leader within the team.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients

Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after he/she has completed a needs analysis

Answer phone properly with warmth and friendliness

Greet everyone with a smile–be positive and cheerful

Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills

Set appointment for showings

Other assigned tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Flexible availability
  • Flexible working hours
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to work physically in all weather conditions
  • Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese would be an asset

Knowledge/Skills

  • Service-based and people attitude
  • Effective Communicator
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in the car
  • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
  • Problem solver
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
  • High school graduate

The Showing Assistant will have regular contact with:

  • Lead Agent – Daily
  • Agents – Daily
  • Team – Daily
  • Buyers – Daily

This job is part time, could range from 5 – 40 hours per week.

We offer a mileage allowance in addition to hourly pay. Perfect for people who is looking for part time work !
