LocationSan Francisco, CA ObjectiveWorking with the Atlassian Workplace Experience team to create the best workplaces.This role will play a fundamental role in creating and delivering exceptional experiences. EventsPlan, manage and implement all Experience events. Big 3 annual events;New Years Holiday Party Friends & Family Big Bash (Global Team Building Event) Ship It (quarterly) CelebrationsPlan, manage and implement all smaller events and celebrations e.g.Monthly celebrations, TGIFMonthly socialMonthly LunchesUser groups logistics Party in a boxAd hoc Atlassian requests.Organising Team Building activities for Atlassians AccountabilitiesWellness Manage Wellness activities including;Ergonomic assessments Fitness class – sourcing, management and logistics.Events – fun runs, blood drives, flu shoots.Be proactive in sourcing innovative new event and wellness ideas that may not be common place in the industry of geography. Food and Beverage Manage Food and Beverage vendor Manage Food and Beverage quarterly menu refreshManage Catering vendors for events Manage all catering orders for Atlassian Teams. CommunicationsResponsible for planning and managing site specific Event communications. The communication plan will cover initiatives such as:Emails alerting Atlassians of new amenities, events, office updates, etc.Create detailed planning pages for all major events.Create and maintain site field manual at location.Monthly site Workplace Experience Team updates. Monitor and update site specific and global chat rooms OtherManage spend within budget for event, wellness and F&B related spend including keeping detailed budgets.Purchase Order management for events, wellness and F&B vendors as required.Manage legal reviews and tickets when required.Be prepared to communicate with all levels of management with in the business.Ensure vendor insurances are in place and meet legal requirements Manage new hire swag and orders Actively participate in the local site workspace, operations, relationship management, and annual budget planning processUnderstand the evolving culture of Atlassian and the local office flare and how this translates into events and wellness requirements that inspire Atlassians Continually look at ways to add innovative event and wellness initiatives.Work cooperatively and jointly with internal (departments) and external (vendors) contacts to provide quality customer service to staffKey Result AreasProvide superior client service evident from post event surveys and WES (85% weighting)Contribute to the growth of the company through your performance (10% weighting)Enhance own professional and personal skills (5% weighting)Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience? 4 years of events management experience? 4 years of customer service experience? 4 years of budget management experience ($100,000 plus)? Able to problem solve with little to no direction? Thrive in a fast paced environment #LI
