JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Analyst to provide reliable, timely, and professional support to JLL’s Capital Markets team. The position affords the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with the team on all classes of commercial real estate assets, and will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. This role provides a wide variety of support services to the team and the successful candidate will be strong at, and enjoy working with numbers, possess strong writing skills, be extremely detail-oriented, organized and a team player.


 Work closely with and assist the SVP’s of Montreal Capital Markets to create, edit, and prepare:
o proposals and presentations
o marketing packages
 Underwrite commercial real estate investment opportunities
 Work with Argus Valuation Software often and proficiently
 Conduct research and collect information materials on market fundamentals, tenants, and undertake economic analysis
 Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned


 Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or Business Administration
 Preference of 2+ years full-time professional experience required in the commercial real estate sector is an asset


 Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, , Outlook, and PowerPoint; Adobe Professional, X, or Standard
 Excellent working knowledge of Excel (financial modeling)
 Proficiency in the use of ARGUS real estate software (knowledge of Argus Enterprise is considered to be an asset)
 Knowledge of key themes impacting capital markets and investment real estate
 Excellent verbal and written, and interpersonal communication skills
 Excellent time management and organizational skills
 Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills
 Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
 Ability to work well under pressure while prioritizing competing deadlines
 Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision
