Jayman Modus, a division within the Jayman BUILT Group, is an established multi-family residential builder
operating in Calgary and Edmonton focusing on wood frame condos and townhomes. We currently have
an opportunity for a Part-Time Host/Hostess supporting our Sales Teams in the Calgary area working
evenings and weekends between 12PM-8PM.

Role:

• Greet visitors to the show homes, and ensure they are comfortable during their visit
• Showcase the features and benefits of our homes to potential customers
• Answer customer questions about the various home designs and floor plans
• Ensure signage and other marketing material is in place and updated as needed
• Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Team as required
• Clean and tidy the sales centers; keeping the Showhome in excellent condition at all times
• Answering phone calls and taking accurate notes of any inquiries
• Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Able to manage a part-time schedule including both weekday and weekend hours
• Ability to commit to the provided schedule
• Pleasant personality with the ability to interact professionally with potential customers
• Strong customer service and trouble shooting skills
• Must have a sense of urgency and great attention to details
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally at all times
• Good computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite of software

Showhome Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 2-8pm
Sat, Sun & Holidays: 12-5pm
Closed on Friday
