REPORTING TO: CEO Description: As a confidential management support contract employee, performs responsible professional and technical work assisting the CEO in a variety of air service development, airport marketing/communication/advertising initiatives and public outreach and communications functions in support of the airport’s strategic plan. In addition, performs various administrative and customer service functions within the office of the CEO. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing and Advertising Air Service Development Administrative Job Duties ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES Minimum Education and Experience Required: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a college or university, with major in business administration, marketing, finance, or closely related field and some relevant work experience in marketing and communications/or office administration. Other Qualifications: LANGUAGE SKILLS Required ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, some technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures using proper business grammar, punctuation, and sentence construction. Ability to present information and respond to questions from CEO, managers, SAA Board of Directors, tenants, vendors, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, discounts, commissions, proportions. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS Strong and confident interpersonal skills required for work with CEO, and other members of management, other workers, media, tenants, vendors, consultants and general public. COMPUTER SKILLS Demonstrated advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Demonstrated ability to use the internet for search and other functions. Ability to perform various administrative tasks including typing and data entry. Ability to self-teach various applications used in the execution of air service development, marketing and administrative duties. Other Requirements: Possession of a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Use of personal vehicle may be required. Mileage expense will be provided.
