Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing day to day Oracle EBS Plant Maintenance support
• Preparation of the Functional Specifications / Technical Specifications based on the functional requirements received from Client.
• Preparation of Solution design document based on customer requirement
• Provide support during plant turn around
• Collaboration with 3rd party vendors as required
• Responsible for the coordination and implementation of small enhancements and production support fixes from end to end.
• Prepares and maintains technical system documentation for system support and other needs

“MUST HAVE”

• 5+ Years of Oracle EBS- Plant Maintenance Module
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS- Enterprise Asset Management
• 5+ years of experience in EBS Plant Maintenance support project
• Very good understanding of all Maintenance processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good Customer Service Skills – ability to identify and anticipate customer requirements and needs, and respond to and influence customer expectations.
• Good Analytical Skills – ability to gather and analyze information, and draw logical conclusions while identifying the root cause of problems and providing options for resolution.
