We are currently seeking candidates for the role of:

Corporate Paralegal

Work closely with the law department team and senior management on legal matters

Play a key role in ensuring the team meets deadlines and delivers high quality work

Roles and Responsibilities may include:

• Assist lawyers in all stages of corporate transactions and closings
• Contract management and administration, including preparation and drafting of legal documents.
• Maintenance of corporate compliance files and registrations necessary to comply with federal, provincial and state regulations.
• Assist with maintenance of corporate databases.
• Organizing, planning and prioritizing files

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education
• Relevant work experience within a law firm or in a business doing complex administrative work and/or legal administrative work.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
