  • The RA/QA Coordinator provides assistance for the general maintenance internal Quality System as per Health Canada requirements
  • Develops and implements the internal Quality System through current Health Canada requirements and approved RA/QA processes
  • The RA/QA Coordinator collaborates with other functional departments within Dentsply Sirona Canada
  • Work together with inter-divisional Suppliers.
  • Primarily RA/QA Coordinator has to organize all RA/QA activities to ensure that all Health Canada and Corporate requirements are well maintained and followed by other functional areas.
  • Administrative work includes RA/QA Coordinator being responsible for record retention of all RA/QA related documents.

Education/Experience/Qualifications

o 1-3 years regulatory/quality assurance experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries
o Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related technical field.
o Ability to work well within a team environment
o Results oriented and highly self-motivated
o Able to strike a proper balance between catalyst for change and team player
o Sound risk management and decision-making skills
o Critical and analytical problem solving skills
o Strong ability to multi-task and juggle various projects effectively
o Adaptability to changing demands and conditions

Other Qualifications/Skills
o Strong computer skills
o Knowledge/experience in an ISO/GMP setting
o Manufacturing experience
o Working knowledge of Health Canada requirements
o Positive “can do” professional attitude.
o Post-graduate certification from a Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance program is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 /year
