Create, customize and execute landing pages including running the technical aspects of content marketing, digital collateral and digital marketing campaigns….

You will execute, oversee, manage, and strategize campaigns across all marketing channels including online advertising, e-mail marketing, event marketing, SEO, SEM, social media and other programs.
You will drive effective strategic planning, investment decisions, and budgeting processes, providing tracking, analysis, and insight to produce future successful digital marketing programs, inspire evolution, and improve efficiency (e.g. adoption, conversion, etc.).

You will be responsible for:
Supporting the ongoing operations of CMH Marketing Automation Platform(s) (MAP).
Assisting in the technical conceptualization of demand creation, nurturing, and lead scoring program strategies.
Creating and managing emails, landing pages, custom forms, analytics and reporting within the MAP, including custom templates for use by others within the marketing function
Create, customize and execute landing pages including running the technical aspects of content marketing, digital collateral and digital marketing campaigns.
Create, deploy and manage nurturing and lead scoring programs to support CMHs demand generation programs including contests, events, promotions, SEO/M and digital ad campaigns.
Documenting and maintaining MAP processes, programs, technical flows, and MAP processes and procedures
Serving as the marketing automation administrator
Monitoring and reporting on metrics and marketing effectiveness related to tactics and programs managed by MAP
Performing standardization, List Cleansing, List Development and Data Management including List Uploads and management, and adherence to Privacy & Compliance regulations for current and prospective guests into our MAP.
Acting as the CMH representative and liaison for marketing automation and digital strategy programming within the Intrawest network.
Staying up to date on the latest trends and software updates on multiple Marketing Automation Platforms including Silverpop and Eloqua including receiving ongoing training on MAP technologies and trends
Demonstrated ability to design and own a comprehensive, integrated lead generation engine involving; social media, email, events, advertising, and web.

You will work with:
CMH Sales & Marketing teams from around the world to develop, execute and deploy successful marketing automation programs in support of Demand Generation initiatives
The latest & greatest Cloud and SaaS based sales and marketing technologies including Silverpop & Eloqua and CRM systems including SalesForce and Oracle.

Strong data evaluation skills, with ability to extract and interpret data

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, ability to use Visio for technical flow creation and process diagramming
Two or more years of marketing automation program execution and a sales force automation system administration (preferably SalesForce)
One or more years of MAP administration experience (preferably Silverpop or Eloqua)
Proficient in HTML5
Familiarity with CRM systems
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (a big plus but not required)
Experience with SiteCore an asset.
Google Analytics, SEO and Adobe experience is a plus
Experience managing projects of varying complexity; time management and project management are critical skills
Direct to Consumer marketing experience, preferably in software and/or technology
Knowledge of industry best practices
Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in computer science, marketing, or business
Proficiency with email automation software, preferably Silverpop
Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.) products including Visio, Excel Pivot Tables, Access
Strong strategic, analytical, creative problem solving, project management and communication (oral and written) skills
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently and with minimal rework
Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment
Team oriented, strong cross group collaborator
Structured, logical thinker who can work in a fast-paced environment under tight timeframes
Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion

Education Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
