Job Description

ILC Canada is looking for a General Office Support Assistant for its office in Saskatoon, SK. This position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the overall admin support of the Saskatoons operations.

Serve as a support to daily office operations
General data entry as per instructions
Provide paperwork and documentation support (online postings, copying, scanning, faxing, filing) to sales and account managers
Prepare and distribute office correspondence
Answer incoming phone calls and walk-in enquiries
Make arrangements for office supplies

Desired Skills & Experience
At least some post-secondary education
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of office equipment and software, including advanced features in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point as well as a custom program database and reporting software
Strong organization skills with an attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a very fast-paced environment requiring multitasking skills
Ability to problem solve independently
Demonstrate sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Languages: English high proficiency; knowledge of Ukrainian, Russian or other European languages is advantageous.
