A Senior Manager of Human Resources is required to join the Saskatoon team to lead and support MHPS’ focus on people.
As the Senior Manager of Human Resources, reporting to the General Manager of MHPS Saskatoon and the Vice President of Human Resources for MHPS Americas, you lead and facilitate the development and implementation of human resource strategy and programming that supports and enhances the team of staff and MHPS’ business objectives. A demonstrated understanding of internal communications, organizational culture, and experience working with executive management, professional and skilled trades hourly employees in a manufacturing environment combined with broad HR generalist experience are key requirements for the position. You will need demonstrated experience as a change agent in working at a company that has gone through a joint venture or merger, where a new vision and culture has emerged.
You enjoy strategizing as well as rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. Armed with specific experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative human resource strategies including compensation, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement, you are ready to embrace MHPS’ vision and use your dedication, professionalism, and “can do” problem solving approach to move the company and its human resources agenda forward. You are motivated to lead a team and eager to demonstrate your commitment to accountability and getting the job done.
With degree in Human Resources (CHRP designation an asset) complimented by 8 or more years of generalist and strategic human resource management experience in a manufacturing environment, you are ready to contribute and make your mark in this innovative and dynamic business.
