Job Description

As part of Intel, we will continue to apply Moore’s Law to drive the future of field-programmable gate array (FPGA) technology. The Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) has been delivering industry-leading custom logic solutions to customers since inventing the world’s first reprogrammable logic device in 1984. In order to take advantage of the many opportunities that we see in the future for FPGA’s, PSG is looking for great engineers to join our teams.

As a Software Engineer in the Productivity and Infrastructure group within the Software Department, you will be developing & maintaining the backbone of Quartus. This includes software development in C++, developing regression tests and specifying new features of Quartus flows and netlist handling. You will work in a dynamic team dealing with complex software projects and maintenance of the Quartus flow handling infrastructure.

BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or similar field
Internship experience with software development
At least 2 years of experience with an object-oriented programming language such as Java or C++

Additional (Preferred) Qualifications:
2 years of experience in C++
1 year of experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl and TCL
