Acts as a resource person to Underwriters and Customer Service by responding to questions, referrals and inquiries related to property inspections §

Co-ordinates the Underwriting of inspections, any related recommendations and communication of those recommendations to the client §

Handles inbound/outbound client calls regarding inspection inquiries and related questions §

Acts as the main contact person regarding any referral involving inspection recommendations §

Contributes to increased efficiency of the team §

Ensures prompt follow-up with clients (internal and external) §

Works with third-party property inspectors as needed

Your Skills §

University degree or College diploma, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience §

Experience in Personal Lines Underwriting, specifically related to Property (and the Inspection process) is considered an asset §

Previous experience working with insurance-related information systems would be an asset §

Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with both internal and external customers §

Excellent judgment, problem-solving and decision making skills §

Ability to work independently
