Your role:

You will contribute to meeting Intact Insurance’s objectives by pairing customers with the right insurance protection to meet their needs while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by:

• Being attentive to the customer in order to fully understand their situation
• Providing the best advice to help the customer make informed decisions
• Offering a business experience that is unique thanks to the quality of your customer service
• Proactively creating a trusting environment that fosters the sale of our products
• Understanding, informing and guiding potential customers to maximize sales opportunities

• Department operational hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (You are required to work rotational shift hours – weekdays and some Saturdays)

Your Skills

Your Qualifications :

• University degree or college diploma (A combination of High school diploma and relevant experience will be considered)
• Property & Casualty insurance licence is an asset
• Sales experience and excellent sales skills
• Strong communication skills
• Computer skills
