InSync Systems is an IT recruitment agency that works with small to large corporate clients to connect them with the best people in the Industry.

Our client is beginning a Customer Data and Relationship Management Program to improve the customer experience. For the initial phase of the program they require an senior Systems Analyst to assist with determining the data required to support business process integration between multiple business units. It is a 11 month contract with the strong possibility for extension into 2019.

Responsibilities Include:
High Level Analysis

Detailed Business Requirements

Alternative solution options and a recommended solution, including costs, timelines, and dependencies

Implementation and close out

Skills Required:
BA degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent diploma, certifications and practical experience.

Minimum 8 years as a Business or System Analyst, Business Process Analyst and/or Team Leader.

Proven experience with large, complex systems that include hardware, software and documentation deliverables

Strong Requirement management skills including the ability to facilitate business process and requirement validation workshops

Experience with BPR

Familiarity with business analytics concepts and tools (data warehouse, data marts, Business Objects, ESRI/GIS analytics, including Insights

Familiarity with object oriented analysis, design and UML models

Experience with application developmental and network infrastructure life-cycle processes

Familiarity with business system requirements

Understanding and knowledge of up-to-date wireless technologies (cellular, WiFi, Bluetooth), GPS, GIS and AVL systems.

Nice to Have Skills:
Understanding of ESRI/GIS.

Familiarity with SQL server, c#, .net, xml, and web services.

Understanding of TIBCO.

Contract Length:
February 1, 2018 to December 21, 2018 with the strong possibility of extension
