Indigo has become more than the traditional bookstore. In addition to our incredible selection of books, we now offer quality gifts, lifestyle products, toys and games. In addition to that we will soon be launching a new shop within our stores dedicated to carrying a range of Apple’s mobile products and a broad range of accessories and devices to go along with them. The addition of Apple to our already wide selection of offerings make Indigo a dynamic, creative place to work.

As a CER for Indigotech, you deliver inspirational customer care throughout the Indigo store. You play a critical role as the first and last point of contact for our customers. You sell our Apple product lines and the accessories with passion and enthusiasm, and provide a delightful, inspiring experience to each customer every time they visit our stores.

What’s The Job?

As a member of the Indigotech team, you are a leader in sales, steeped with product knowledge about Apple’s line of products, and are highly influential in how you engage with customers

As new Apple products and initiatives emerge, you are the first to learn, share, and inspire your team members through approachability and action

You add joy to our customers’ lives and find new, meaningful ways to improve every customer experience

You build customer relationships by uncovering their stories, getting to know their needs and recommending product selections they will love

You know how to turn mild customer curiosity into intense interest – and ownership

You share your passion for Indigo’s unique, life-enriching products, and generate excitement about new products, promotions and programs

You contribute to Indigo’s amazing team spirit

You always meet, and at times exceed, your established performance goals

You use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing, stimulating store

Qualifications

You enjoy interacting and having fun with people. You have a desire to leverage your energy and confidence to make positive customer connections. You’re engaging and have outstanding communication skills. If you’re applying for a job in Quebec, you must be fluent in English and French.

Your Experience

Demonstrated proficiency in technology, particularly Apple products, and the ability to quickly learn about new products

Proven experience in sales and technology solutions, as well as in developing customer loyalty

Ability to consistently deliver great customer experiences — no matter what the situation

You’re passionate about Apple products, and you inspire and educate others about all that Indigotech has to offer.

You can set the standard for Indigo’s unique style of service through words and action

You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs

Previous employment in retail or the services sector is an asset

Knowledge of Indigo product lines and offerings is an asset
