Impark is currently looking for a FULL-TIME INBOUND CALL CENTRE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) to work at our VANCOUVER location starting April 23, 2018 to August 24, 2018 (4 MONTH TERM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Join a hard-working team of 70 CSRs, 7 Supervisors and a Quality Coach
  • Answer calls within 45 seconds
  • Provide assistance to customers who need help with finding parking, monthly parking signups, invoice explanations, and account maintenance.
  • Use web-based SharePoint databases and Impark-built applications to look up customer accounts and lot-specific information
  • Toggle between up to 15 screens to assist customers and resolve issues
  • Resolve issues quickly and efficiently so our customers can resume their day without delay
  • Create customer loyalty by providing friendly, proficient service
  • Quickly and accurately add notes to customer accounts
  • Handle 75 calls per day with an average transaction time of five minutes
  • Process administrative work and customer correspondence between calls
  • Participate in weekly and monthly mentoring meetings with your Supervisor

No previous experience required! If you’re great with customers, have attention to detail, a great work ethic and can-do attitude, we’ll train you!

Note: French/English bilingualism is an asset and eligible for premium pay


  • Full time training starting April 23, 2018
  • Full time work schedule starting at 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (including statutory holidays)

Compensation and Benefits

  • $13.50 per hour starting wage, $14.00 on successful completion of probationary period (90 days)
  • Medical/Dental benefits on successful completion of probationary period (90 days)
