Since opening our first school in Vancouver, BC, Canada in 1991, ILSC has become a world leader in language training, and has grown to include 8 locations around the world, in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal, Canada; San Francisco and New York, USA; New Delhi India; and Brisbane and Sydney Australia.

ILSC is currently seeking a creative and thoughtful ESL professional experienced with teaching youth for the post of Teacher for their Junior Language Adventure Programs which is held at the University of British Columbia (July 3rd – August 7th, 2016).

We welcome applicants who have had other summer camp experience and are looking to progress their careers!

Main duties

• Teach 15 hours of English lessons
• Prepare lessons and complete academic records
• Assist with the welcome, induction and testing of students on the first morning

Skills and Qualifications

• a completed Bachelor’s degree
• a completed TESOL or CELTA (must be Languages Canada approved)
• Experience teaching and working with youth

Terms and Conditions

$23.90/hour (This position is for non-residential only.)
