YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:

  • Ensure a positive shopping experience by greeting visitors, being visible and available at all times and managing first contact resolution.
  • Provide customers with accurate product information by determining their needs, offering solutions, alternatives and add on sales that meet these needs and contribute to your departments’ sales goals.
  • Assist customers in the self – planning process or provide accurate designs and detailed layout solutions.
  • Maintain daily tasks in your department
  • Coach and train co-workers on product, services, selling skills and technical requirements.
  • Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur

YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

  • Proactive and courteous customer approach; enjoys working with the public

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. (25 kg)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, physically demanding environment
  • Open and flexible availability (weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays); evening and weekend availability required
