Job Profile / Duties / Responsibilities: The Cloud IT Team architects and supports cloud infrastructure on the AWS platform which hosts CaseWare Cloud. The candidate will be working in a highly customer focused, cohesive team environment using major technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Must Have Skills:
    • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
    • Virtualisation Windows Server
    • Web Servers (Nginx, Tomcat, HAProxy, IIS)
    • IT Infrastructure Monitoring Powershell
    • BASH and/or Python scripting
  • Minimum high school graduate
  • Minimum 3-4 years supporting Windows Server (2008 onwards)
  • Minimum 5 years of Xp/Windows 7 workstation
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Virtualisation (Xen, VMware or KVM)

Assets

  • Nice to Have Skills:
    • SQL Server and MongoDB Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
    • JIRA Google Apps
    • Networking Prior Cloud and Cloud Product Support Experience
    • Infrastructure Provisioning Tools (e.g. Docker, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Packer, CloudFormation, Terraform)
  • Passion for and ability to work with software development teams releasing production-ready software on a daily basis
