HP Advanced Solutions is looking for a community-minded, energetic, progressive individual to join its Business
and Account Processing team. The Business and Account Processing team’s responsibilities include processing,

Services of British Columbia (RSBC). All financial data is reported in the British Columbia Corporate Accounting

System (CAS) against financial data reported in the Revenue Management System (RMS), TACS (Taxpayer
Administration Compliance & Services), associated bank accounts and other Ministry owned legacy systems.


Under the general direction of the Supervisor or Team Lead, as the Business and Account Processing Clerk you

are responsible for end to end business processing functions. Among your various duties, you will be
responsible for mail receipt, sorting, and processing. You will process payments, including data entry, validation

and balancing, second-pass endorsements, third-pass fine sort of post-dated cheques, and end of day reporting
and dispatch. You will process and resolve a variety of complex payments and returns, research accounts and

make adjustments, investigate exceptions, set up accounts, create spreadsheets, verify and record payments,
enter coupon data, apply payments, produce reprints, and perform reconciliations.

An intern rate will be in effect according to the provisions of Letter Of Understanding #4 in the Collective
Agreement. Salary upon appointment will be Grid 7, Step 1, Salary Schedule 1.
