Homewood Health™ is seeking an Accounting Administrator for our Montreal office. This position provides accounting and administrative support to the Accounting department and will be for two days a week

This position will report to the Manager of Budgeting & Financial Analysis and be located in our Montreal office.

Main responsibilities:
Bank deposits and general filing

Processing staff expense reports

Assisting AP-Service Provider Administrator, as required

Odyssey validation regarding Service Providers, as required

Respond to Customer and Provider inquiries

Provide payroll support

Odyssey validations regarding Customer Service Agreements as required

Other general accounting duties as needed

Qualifications:
Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft office and accounting programs,

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payroll skills

2 years’ experience working in finance and administration

College Diploma in Accounting and clear understanding of Accounting procedures

Strong interpersonal skills

Detail oriented individual who works accurately

Excellent command of the English and French language, written and verbal;

Strong organizational and time management skills
