The Customer Success team at HomeStars Inc is dedicated to driving the loyalty, growth and engagement of our existing customer base. Based in our head office and working as part of the larger Sales organization, the Customer Success Coaches are accountable for:
The achievement of client retention targets.
The achievement of revenue upsell targets.
Driving customer engagement.
Contributing feedback to driving product roadmap.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2-3 years sales/account management experience.
Demonstrated success within inside sales environment.
Excellent customer service skills with experience handling inbound inquires and resolving disputes
Master communicator, both written and verbal (on the phone).
Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy.
Organization and time-management expert.
Ability to have fun on the job while working under pressure.
Must be a team player and be able to work collaboratively with others.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Working knowledge/experience working with CRM and/or automated sales systems.
