POSITION SUMMARY
Hillberg & Berk is looking for an enthusiastic and organized person for its Production Department. The ideal candidate is creative, good with their hands, interested in design and extremely organized and detail oriented. Experience is not necessary for this position. The ideal candidate will be able to work 40 hours a week on a temporary contract starting in early June and ending on August 31, 2016. Some evening and week-end work will be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, the Production Assistant will be responsible for the following:
-Basic jewellery making skills
-Completing repairs
-Quality assurance duties for finished collections
-Working in a team environment
-Following process which includes tracking completed work
-Staying apprised of ongoing marketing and sales initiatives of the company via company emails, newsletters and social media
-Keeping your work space organized and tidy by keeping up with daily and weekly cleaning and organizing
-Attend Hillberg & Berk events as needed (sometimes on weekends or evenings)
