The Call Center Agent is responsible for contacting and responding to potential clients (schools) by phone and e-mail. Each call or e-mail message has the goal of presenting the company and its services and initiate the sales process for the Sales Department. The Agent reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with the team and the ownership of the company to assure that each call/interaction is made in the most professional and knowledgeable manner, following the company’s vision and mission.

Essential Duties:

  • Outbound calls / e-mails
  • Inbound calls / e-mails
  • Lead nurturing and management (CRM utilization)
  • Inform and educate clients on company’s services and products
  • Follow-up communication on regular basis
  • Make appointments
  • Schedule visits to potential clients
  • Research events and new clients

Minimum Requirements

  • Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada
  • Relevant experience in the education industry
  • Minimum of a college diploma (DEC)
  • Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience
  • Minimum six months of call center experience
  • Any other relevant combination of training or experience
  • Fully bilingual spoken and written (English & French)
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese are consider strong assets
  • Additional language(s) are pluses
  • At ease with IT and computer environments
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing (desired but not mandatory)

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
