Job Description

You are a generalist? You like working with numbers and you have good accounting experience? You are looking for challenges and would want to become a part of a dynamic company? You could be what we are looking for!
You will work closely with the Director of Accounting Services and support him by performing a variety of tasks. These various responsibilities will allow you to share your passion for numbers and accounting with us on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor cash flows on a daily basis;
Oversee entry of bills in the system;
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;
Perform bank reconciliations;
Manage invoicing;
Reconcile expenditure accounts;
Prepare government reports (GST / QST);
Actively participate in month-end and year-end procedures;
Actively participate in the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements;
Participate in the end of year audit preparation;
Participate in the payroll preparation;
Prepare and analyze different management reports;
Ensure adequate filing of document;
Perform other related duties. Qualifications

PROFILE:
College diploma in accounting plus a minimum of 3 years of experience as a generalist in accounting;
Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, confidentiality, autonomy and versatility in his/her work;
Good communication skills;
Ability to work quickly and under pressure;
Team player;
Bilingual (French and English).
