Reporting to the People and Organization Manager, you will take on various responsibilities according to departmental needs. You will be a contact person and play a consultative role for staffing activities, work relations, administrative management of human resources and occupational health and safety files.

Actively participate in the review of job descriptions;
Adapt the right recruitment strategy according to the position;
Perform selection and hold interviews with managers;
Recommend candidates and support the manager in his decision-making;
Be aware of current staffing trends and practices in our line of business;
Counsel and coach internal customers on various human resource management programs;
Support managers in the application of the Organization’s various policies;
Assist managers in managing discipline (investigation, disciplinary meeting, drafting disciplinary actions);
Manage certain workplace accident files (investigation, expertise, challenge);
Assist the business partner, organizational development and staffing teams in various special projects;
Assist managers in performance evaluations of their employees;
Carry out any other related tasks.

Job Qualifications :
University diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Relations;
Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec or in process of becoming so;
1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience;
Good knowledge of work-related laws and regulations;
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, in French and English;
Ability to work in a team, dynamic, autonomous, interpersonal skills;
Excellent relationship skills;
Ability to work in a changing environment;
Ability to analyze work planning and organization;
Demonstrated sense of initiative;
Knowledge of Office suite software;
Excellent customer approach.
