A Real Estate Appraisal Company is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their team in Richmond. This is a part-time, on-going temporary role three days a week with the potential to go permanent.
Your main responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to responding to email enquiries, research for property appraisals, processing orders, putting together quotes, invoicing, data entry of all billing, IPOs, and compiling end of month reports. The right candidate for this role will have high attention to detail and accuracy as well as experience in an administrative assistant position previously. You will be approachable and friendly with excellent communication skills and a team-minded mentality. Preference will be given to candidates with access to their own vehicle. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites including Outlook, Word, and Excel are required and will be tested in the application process.
