Responsibilities

• Adding and updating product offers online (product images, prices, categories, etc)
• Managing the brand’s social media presence
• Updating the website with content (images, copy, translations, promotions, etc)
• Ensuring automated process are working correctly (orders, inventory, website, Amazon)
• Liaising with design team in Toronto about design changes to the website
• Email marketing for website and all retail stores
• Managing the brand’s social media presence
• Managing the retail stores’ visibility in Google Maps.
• Helping with the creation of the web/retail promotional calendar.
• Managing customer service for the website.
• KPI tracking, reporting, optimizing;
• Running Photo Shoots for Web images

Requirements

• E-Commerce Studies
• 5 year minimum experience in field of e-commerce
• Exceptional knowledge of Computers
• Adaptable, autonomous, punctual, judgment.
• Good Communication and organisational skills; Sense of responsibility and leadership.
