- Provide the very best customer service

- Educate customers on benefits of Haskapa products

- Create Haskapa product marketing displays

- Maintain store efficiency through organization of stock and stock displays

- Open/close store, complete cash out and pay out procedures

- Attend product trainings, share knowledge with customers

- Insure personal sales goals are understood and achieved

- Responsible for maintenance, purchasing and presentation scheduling for event/demo area of store

- Support Management in event/demonstration situations

- Promote Haskapa and Haskapa products in store, at external events and online

- Actively create blogs promoting Haskapa, Haskapa Products and the Haskap Berry benefits

-Actively look for and direct event opportunities to Market Development Manager

- Promotion of Haskapa as part of a Wellness Lifestyle

- Review and implement OHS policies and procedures
